The following information is provided for Roundabout's current subscribers. Below you will find the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions of our Ticket Services Representatives. It is our hope that this page will save you, our subscribers, valuable time and the expense of calling our Ticket Services Hotline.
1. What is the curtain time for (show name)?
Answer: It depends on the theatre:

5. What are my Series dates for the 2010-11 Season?
Answer:

Please note that this chart is accurate as of the date printed on it, and that changes can be made to the schedule at any time. It is always best to confirm any questions with Ticket Services at 212.719.1300

6. What is the Theatre-Plus reception schedule for Solo Series, G&L Series and Wine Series subscribers?
Answer:
The Social Series and the G&L Series take place post show for 1 hour. The Wine Series takes place pre show for 1 hour.
For performances in the AMERICAN AIRLINES THEATRE the receptions are held in the Penthouse Lobby on the 5th floor, unless otherwise specified.
For performances in the LAURA PELS THEATRE the receptions are held in the Bruce Mitchell Lobby, unless otherwise specified.
For performances at STUDIO 54 the receptions are held at a local venue.

7. I noticed you offer new subscriptions on the website. Can I renew my subscription online?
Answer: Yes! You can renew your subscription online! Click here to find out more.

8. How do I exchange my tickets?
Answer: (The following information can be found in your Subscriber Handbook)
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Tickets may be exchanged free of charge.
- Tickets may be exchanged once per production.
- All exchanges are subject to ticket availability.
- We begin processing exchanges two weeks before the first performance of each production.
TICKET EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
BY MAIL
- Fill out an exchange form (Click to download or Ticket Services can send one).
- The "Play#" or Play Title is listed on your ticket.
- List three date choices. Consult your season schedule for an appropriate date.
- Mail the form along with your tickets and a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

- Phone exchanges must be made by 11 am for matinees and 4 pm for evening shows on the day of the performance you wish to exchange out of.

9. What if I am unable to use my tickets?
Answer: Roundabout will happily provide a tax credit for the full face value of any unused subscription tickets you have, provided you cancel those tickets by calling Ticket Services by noon on the day of your performance. Ask your Ticket Services Representative about returning your tickets for a tax credit.
